ABOUT
My interest in alternative health began in our home vegetable garden where a deep connection to plants and nature began to blossom. I was enthralled by the vitality that the garden so tenderly cared for by my Mum held, and how willing it was to share that vitality with my family. Natural remedies and homeopathy were the medicines that my siblings and I were treated with, while the foods from the garden nourished our growing bodies.
As a highly sensitive person, managing stress has been one of my greatest challenges especially in a world that isn’t always supportive of neural-differences and people with high sensitivity. It is through my own experience that I have truly come to understand the relationship between body, mind and spirit. This understanding has lead me to further my education in a variety of modalities that support the body as a whole and to become the practitioner that I needed during my most challenging times.
I believe in a moderate approach to nutrition with Craniosacral therapy, breath retraining and Kinesiology to support the deeper layers of the body.
I believe that we are all innately beings of light with unlimited potential. My intention as a practitioner is to support each person I see in a way that allows them to remember that potential so that they can go forth into the world with a greater sense of resilience, personal sovereignty, peace, joy and purpose.
