Private Consultations
(in person & online)

Over the years I have gained a variety of complementary qualifications that I have weaved together into one practice. I believe that our nervous systems, our connection to ourselves and the Universe at large are the most fundamental aspects to address when embarking on a journey of healing. Nutrition is also very important as it provides the building blocks that support our physical bodies and minds.

What is Integrative Wellness?

Integrative wellness is a holistic approach to healing that addresses the whole person - mind, body, spirit. Integrating different modalities allows for a combination of evidence based ‘medicine’ and complementary therapies. In order to facilitate healing, one must consider the person as a unique individual and thus, treat accordingly. This approach fosters deeper shifts, leading to lasting change and greater states of health and well being.

How are appointments structured?

Health and well being are affected by multiple factors. Some of which include - microbe/ nutrient deleted soils and plants; environmental toxic load and chronic nervous system dysregulation. Nutrition is a critical component to addressing any health related concern and for maintaining good health. It is therefore, an essential starting point for the deeper work to follow.

The state of our nervous systems will affect our ability to absorb vital nutrients, access immune function and release toxins in order to heal. Thus, reestablishing safety and regulation through craniosacral therapy and breath retraining is a highly beneficial adjunct to nutrition intervention. Kinesiology supports this process as it can give us more information about primary stressors (mental/ emotional, biochemical, structural or energetic) and what is needed by matter of priority in order to reestablish balance within the full body system.

Sessions are all tailored to the individual and may vary whether I’m working in conjunction with other professionals.

A minimum of 4x sessions is recommended.

What is Craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a subtle, non invasive, hands on treatment that focuses on enhancing function of the craniosacral system including connective tissue and cerebrospinal fluid that protect the brain and spinal cord. Through releasing restrictions especially within the region of cranium to sacrum, functioning of the central nervous system can be improved and thus, related symptoms. CST is beneficial for all ages and many conditions that include (and are not limited to) chronic pain, fibromyalgia, central nervous system disorders and associated conditions, scoliosis, TMJ, stress and anxiety.

The origin of CST is in osteopathy and was developed by the late Dr. John Upledger in the 1970s. CST is a complementary therapy recognised by many within the allopathic community largely due to its scientific backing. More resources can be found here: https://www.upledger.com/resources/articles

What is Kinesiology?

The evolution of Specialised Kinesiology involves science, Eastern medicine, Applied Kinesiology and chairopractic. It is a complementary therapy that uses muscle testing as a biofeedback mechanism to obtain information from the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It gives us a greater understanding of where imbalances may be lying and what the body needs in order to reestablish balance and harmony within the system. Kinesiologists work with a variety of issues including stress, health concerns, nutritional imbalances, learning and behavioural issues and emotional imbalances and trauma. Kinesiology helps me to make the connections between what’s happening between the physical, mental/ emotional and energetic bodies.

How does online Kinesiology work?

Online kinesiology works very similarly to in person sessions, except that I use myself to test and adjust on your behalf. You will receive the benefits of the session energetically. Once I have completed the session (usually between 45-60mins), we meet online for 30-45minutes to discuss what has come up including potential lifestyle, dietary, supplemental or adjunct therapy recommendations.

"Kate is a deep well of knowledge, I've never known someone who has such a vast and deep understanding of the body, breath, nervous system, nutrition and so so much more.
She creates the most safe and relaxing space to open up and let the body speak.  Through her kinesiology practice, she has helped me work through deep shame, night terras (plus more that I don’t think I could even articulate because it’s so deep only my subconscious knowns). My mind and body always leaves her office feeling like I have had a reset. She is extremely talented and I would recommend her 1000x over. This is your sign to go"
